We help travelers escape the grey. LastMinuteSun scores 1,500+ European cities on real weather data so you can find sunshine for your weekend trip — in seconds.
How Weather Scores Work
Every city receives a score from 0 to 10 based on five key weather factors: sunshine hours, temperature, precipitation probability, cloud cover, and UV index. The scores are based on real-time meteorological data, giving you an accurate picture of where the best weather is right now.
What We Cover
1,500+ cities across 41 countries — all of Europe. Filter destinations by transport mode (car, train, or plane) with realistic travel times from your location, so you only see places you can actually reach for a weekend getaway.
The Team
LastMinuteSun was built by Henk van der Molen, a developer and travel enthusiast based in the Netherlands. Frustrated by the lack of a simple tool to find sunshine nearby, he built LastMinuteSun to solve that problem.
