What this is
LastMinuteSun is a free service that suggests sunny weekend destinations based on weather forecasts. We do not sell flights, accommodation, or transport. We link to third-party booking partners and earn an affiliate commission when you book through them.
No travel advice or guarantees
Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain. We score destinations using public weather data and do our best to surface accurate predictions, but we make no guarantees. Always verify current conditions, travel restrictions, visa requirements, and safety advice independently before booking. We are not a travel agent and provide no travel-advice service.
Booking, payments, and refunds
All bookings happen on our partners' websites (Booking.com, FlixBus, Kiwi.com, others). Their terms, prices, refund policies, and customer support apply — not ours. We have no access to your booking, payment details, or itinerary, and cannot process changes or refunds.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site at high volumes, attempt to break authentication, or abuse the newsletter signup. We may rate-limit, block, or remove accounts that do.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, LastMinuteSun and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including travel costs, missed bookings, or trip outcomes that differ from forecasts.
Changes
We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
